Storage and Delivery

OUR STORAGE FACILITIES

All of Provinance's wines are stored in either London City Bond (LCB) Eton Park, Burton-on-Trent, United Kingdom (formerly called Vinothèque), or Vine International, within LCB Tilbury Docks, close to London.  These are climate-controlled facilities, enabling the ideal storage conditions for our and your wines.  Likewise, these are wine-specific, professional operations with employees versed in all things fine wine, allowing optimum care and handling of all wines under our care.

STORING YOUR WINE WITH PROVINANCE

Within LCB Eton Park, we offer named sub-accounts within our own account for our customers.  Rather than take immediate delivery of your order, you may choose to leave your bottles or cases under our care, either under-bond or duty-paid.  This can be anything from a single bottle to a full collection, with competitive storage rates payable.  Additionally, LCB are able to accept the delivery of your full wine collection, or arrange collection from your home, should you wish to store with us.

TAKING DELIVERY OF YOUR WINE

All of Provinance's deliveries are undertaken by London City Bond, with your wines fully insured at purchase value.  We offer a flat delivery rate of £15.00 ex VAT for deliveries of any size, to all mainland UK addresses.   Deliveries are possible to your home or office address and all UK, bonded warehouses, and are made between the hours of 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday.
